Kewal Talwar
When Aamir Khan crooned 'Koi Engineer ka kaam karega' in his debut blockbuster 'Qayamat se Qayamat Tak', that 'engineer' in question was a young Kewal Talwar! Aamir Khan's filmy prediction didn't come out true though, for Kewal went on to achieve great heights as a financial planner - starting off with providing life insurance in 2007 (with Max Bupa and Life Insurance Corporation of India), and health insurance services (with Niva Bupa), and later, adding fixed deposits and mutual funds advisory to his portfolio.
Personal tragedy early in life, when he lost his father at the age of 9, impacted him deeply in terms of approach to business and career. He does not believe in hardsell like the rest of the industry professionals. Instead, he has an empathetic approach towards his customers that endears them to him. After an initial foray into the textile business, Kewal realised his acumen for managing wealth, and turned full-time financial planner.
In 2007, Kewal Talwar achieved the prestigious title of MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) in his first year with Max New York Life, securing a premium of Rs 35 lakh. This remarkable accomplishment earned him a trip to London, where he enjoyed a 4-day stay at the Hotel Hilton. The following year, in 2008, he repeated this success by achieving his second MDRT title with Max New York Life, once again with a premium of Rs 35 lakh. This achievement was rewarded with an exciting trip to the USA.
Payal K Talwar
Kewal's wife, Payal, plays an indispensable role in the success of Kewal Talwar and Associates, serving as his right-hand and overseeing all the back-end operations with meticulous attention to detail. Beyond her invaluable support in the business, Payal is a multifaceted professional. She holds certifications as a LIC agent and a Bach Flower practitioner, demonstrating her expertise in both the insurance sector and holistic wellness. Additionally, Payal manages her own venture, Eufloria, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to personal growth. Her diverse skill set and unwavering dedication contribute significantly to the seamless operation and client satisfaction of Kewal Talwar and Associates.
